By submitting your pre-qualification request, you explicitly agree to receive disclosures, agreements, matching updates, and notifications electronically. You acknowledge that your digital submission is equivalent to a physical signature on paper documents and is fully legally binding under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current financial metrics (including monthly income, debt balances, and estimated credit scores) during our pre-qualification process. Providing intentionally fraudulent metrics may result in immediate termination of services and potential liability.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of California**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Anaheim, California.
